Pros: Very good host. He makes some delicious food. The place is very scenic and calm. You wake up to the sight of a herd of deers. He has a lot of stories to tell and connects with the guests.

Wonderful place

Pros: The place is in middle of coffee plantation. Very beautiful . Also worth mentioning is the hospitality of Yazdi Uncle ( the owner of the estate) We had a wonderful time . We would definitely like to stay there again.

Magical location and wonderful host

Pros: Incredible location in the jungle, full of deer, birds and giant Malabar squirrels. And an absolute pleasure to get to spend some time in the company of the knowledgeable, generous-spirited and inventive Mr Palia. Wonderful conversations about his rich life and this special place, and I hope we can meet again one day.

Pros: On my way back to my hometown from Bangalore, I was looking for a short break — and luckily, I stumbled upon Yazdy Palia's Woodside Homestay. Spending a day there turned out to be a truly delightful experience. Palia’s warm hospitality and friendly nature made me feel right at home. He’s not just a gracious host but also a fantastic cook. I even had the pleasure of cooking alongside him, preparing some authentic dishes like Spanish omelette and Dhansak. A short stop that turned into a memorable stay

Pros: Mr Palia made yummy Spanish Omlette it made us feel as though we are abroad and not Kerela. He makes it with all his effort , love and patience. Really appreciated his fresh grown coffee too.

Cons: Our recent stay in Wayanad was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the homestay offered a perfect blend of comfort and nature. Waking up to the melodious chirping of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves was a refreshing experience. The host MR Yadzi Palia was incredibly warm and hospitable, ensuring every need was met with his proactive action and a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. One of the highlights was the authentic Mr Palia's kitchen where it was my best passtime learning cooking with his excellent secret recipes each meal was a delightful exploration his organic homemade food which he cooks with love and patience. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attraction evenings were spent relaxing in the compund.Dinner was served with excellent yummy chicken gravy which was perfect blended with organic flavour from his garden and homemade masala by Mr Palia. For anyone seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature, this homestay in is highly recommended.Thank you

Pros: This property is in the woods and is an estate plantation of coffee, black pepper and much more. Our room was neat and clean along with the bathroom, too. Our host, Mr. Yazdi Palia is a fabulous,, kind and loving gentleman who fed us on delicious food lovingly. He speaks fondly and scholarly on birds and numerous other topics. The place is a gem for botanists, flora fauna lovers, ornithologists, star gazers, lovers of serenity and what not. The deers are regularly spotted visiting this property. Alongside, I saw innumerable yellow fireflies after a long time but only at this estate. Mr. Palia will always make you feel comfortable and visiting him will probably be the best homecoming you will ever have.

Pros: This place offers a truly home-like atmosphere, nestled amidst lush greenery and a tranquil forest. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious, all at an incredibly budget-friendly price. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality from our host, Yazdy uncle. He treated us like family throughout our visit, lovingly preparing our meals and engaging us in wonderful conversations. Leaving felt like leaving a piece of our hearts behind.

Pros: One of the best places I've visited so far. So much peace, lush greenery and you can see wild animals too if you are lucky. Mr. Palia was really good and a great host. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good time off to visit here.

Pros: Ita nice Homestay surrounded by full of big trees and fruit trees . Mr. Palia takes care of all the requirements. He is a great cook as well and takes care of Dinner and breakfast.. It's a pleasure to stay there.
