Overall very good stay

Pros: Restaurant is under revamp. Not operational. Wheelchair can be made available . Cleanliness is good .Room service can be improved

Pros: The Staff was very courteous and helpful whenever needed. Rooms were good and clean. Recently renovated property. Value for money. Restaurant is under maintenance now but once it opens it will add lots of value for the stay.

Pros: The service is exceptional. They arranged us prompt transportation for mandir darshan and aquarium visits. Extended some of the facilities. New facility. Seemed to be in Good Hand. Long to go. Cheers.

A pleasant stay in a good property.

Pros: The hotel was located on the main road but a bit away from the temple. Rooms were good and spacious. Well maintained property.

Pros: The property is renewed recently and it is well maintained. I had a fantastic experience at this property, and a significant part of that was due to the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to the FOM - Reshma / front office staff’s Sreelakshmi & Nimisha They approaches was as my own sisters made me feel at home and were always ready to assist with a smile. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond, whether it was offering assistance to view Guruvayoor Krishna hassle free, local recommendations (Floating Bridge, Marine World) helping with transportation, or simply engaging in pleasant conversations ☺️. Their genuine warmth and exceptional service made my visit truly unforgettable. I can't thank them enough for making my stay here so enjoyable.
