Overall experience was fair

Pros: Restaurant facility needs a lot of improvement. Better coordination should be ensured for on line booking. The desk manager was unable to locate and retrieve the booking from tge system. The Sr management staff was very helpful and intervened to sort out the issue.

Pros: Overall, the stay was satisfactory. I found the location to be excellent for devotees and was very pleased with the maintenance and comfort of the rooms. However, I noted a significant drawback regarding the food service. The absence of a restaurant or room service operating during the early morning and late evening hours was inconvenient. Extending these operating hours would greatly enhance the guest experience, particularly for those visiting the temple. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pros: Good facilities as per the expectation. Good staff behaviour and near to the Guruvayoor temple is tooo much benefit.
