Pros: The staff was very helpful. Geyser malfunctioned but the staff made up for it by going out of their way, carrying buckets. They extended the check out as requested. Got us extra firewood (we paid + tipped for everything). Wifi is fast, supports multiple guests making video calls!

Cons: The common area is REALLY small. No kitchenette. Have to rely on food apps. Cutlery they had in stock was disposable and flimsy although compostable; useless.

Lovely mountainside hostel

Pros: Located up on hillside above Ooty a very safe beautiful pastoral location away from the city. The management and staff were delightful, helpful and kind. Lots of laughter great considerate guests . Know that no heat in dorms and no meals. Food can be delivered to the hostel. Might not be for you if you want luxury.

Cons: 😊 For me it was all good.

Meeti with new people inbonfire 🔥 and Vibes.clean room , very good location, friendly staff.

Pros: The Hosteller Ooty Reception person sayan and Sakti was very polite and good person, there is cat name simba she is very cute 🥰 The room was very clean and bathroom shower 🚿 and amenities are goods Common area and bonfire 🔥 places was awesome .

Pros: Quite nice for a few nights. Good to have privacy with curtain on bed. Really lovely quiet and peaceful location. Lovely staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The room was a little tired, there was quite a bit of mould on the walls and ceiling. The water pressure wasn’t very good.
