Pros: Beautiful property set amidst lush greenery with a calm, peaceful vibe. The rooms were clean, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Cons: Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything met expectations.

Pros: The location is fantastic, the management and crowd were amazing as well. I didn't feel like going anywhere else, had a great time exploring the property.

Pros: First of all the concept of zostel is amazing and the location where it is situated is amazing and lovely. And I should do appreciate the lunch and dinner is excellent. All type of starters is very tasty. Wifi is covering in almost every place. It's really nice to stay at zostel.

Cons: Break fast was not good in taste especially dosa items.Tv was not working in our private room.

Pros: Location of the property and property construction style and architecture. I enjoyed it as a solo traveller seeks peace.

Cons: Food is not value for money. Everything is offered less quality for it’s price compared lot of restaurants and hostels I visited before.

Peaceful, idyllic stay in an old converted tea estate hospital

Pros: An idyllic spot just below Chembra Peak, well away from the hustle of Kalpetta and Meppadi, with beautiful views. They have a free sunrise walk which was lovely and interesting and we did a 90 min mountain bike trek with them. They also suggested a short walk to a little waterfall and pool for dip, but it’s not very impressive in February as very little recent rain. There’s also music in the evening when it’s busy. They helpfully told us how much it costs to go up Chembra Peak which was £80 or Rupees 8000 for 2 non-Indians, so although that had been our original plan we decided we’d had enough activity with MTB etc and just chilled

Cons: The swimming pool is more of a small plunge pool, but the temperature in February was lovely so we didn’t feel in desperate need of a dip.

Pros: Beautiful property, surrounded by acres of tea estate, pet dogs, well cleaned, great co travellers, Comfortable beds with 8 inch mattress, strong WiFi connection

Cons: Catering service can improve. Should provide cutlery and let us bring food from outside. Provide a microwave.

Pros: The cleanliness of the place and the amazing views from the place! All the facilities were up to the expectations.
