Home away from home

Pros: The simplicity of Sekhar sir and Madam. The atmosphere was serene and scenic. We were given the feeling of home. Food was real homemade.

Cons: Hospitality, affection and homely feeling.

A homestay should give you a home. They really do that every day.

Pros: Location, shade, garden,quiet The owners do everything for their guests. I was asked how I liked my food, was taken to hospital after a small accident, they waited during the operation and took me home. They helped me with lots of advice and made sure that I got onto the right train when leaving. I was charged nothing for all their trouble. A wonderful homestay all round.

Pros: *Great hospitality. Treva & Shekhar are wonderful hosts. *Wholesome and delicious food. *Totally green and soothing. *Spacious rooms with clean linen.

A most relaxing stay

Pros: The hosts Treva and Sekhar were wonderful. Treva is an exceptional cook for meals other than breakfast. Shekhar makes fluffy idlies and thin crispy dosas. They normally do not provide any means other than breakfast. The hosts were magnanimous to provide us a couple of dinners too. There are two well disciplined and well behaved juvenile dogs in the premises. Trivandrum took us on a tour of the premises and the external areas. The hosts stay in one room and two bedrooms are rented out.

Excellent, would like to revisit

Pros: The location and the ambience, rich green surroundings and you can feel and experience nature. Great Hosts, Spacious rooms, neat, clean and tidy. If you inform in advance, they will arrange Pick-up and drop, other facilities like WiFi, Breakfast, Coffee/Tea. The location is walkable distance from the Highway, with good connectivity, nearby to Restaurants and shops.

Flabbergasted!!! Exceptional Hospitality..

Pros: I was flabbergasted by the exceptional hospitality rendered by Shekar and Treva. Everything was taken care off, right from the time, we set foot in Ottapalam, till the time we left. Can’t think of a better place to stay, since the rooms were immaculately clean and the property was amazing. The home cooked food was scrumptious… Never have come across such wonderful home stays. Thanks a lot to Shekar and Treva, for keeping up their exceptional work and providing us a wonderful experience.
