Aswin and his attitude to keep his guests comfortable is worth the mention here

Pros: The service provided by Aswin is worth the mention here. Due to an issue that came up a day before my arrival, Aswin couldn’t provide me the room I had booked. However, to ensure that my trip is not impacted and I have a comfortable stay, he went all the way to find me another accommodation with a different hotel, that was both comfortable and close to the station. He also kept following up with me to ensure that I had a comfortable stay at the new place. Thank you very much, Aswin for this fabulous service. Though I couldn’t stay at Oudh blooms during this visit, I will ensure that this would be my preferred place to stay during my next visit to Shoranur.
