Peaceful and excellent stay at affordable price

Pros: Great location. near to temple, amble parking space. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Quick response from management side. They have a premier property KK GARDEN adjacent to K K RESIDENCY which will be listing soon. Hope to be back for longer stay and explore Palakkad.

I highly recommend KK residency to anyone seeking comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pros: I had an exceptional stay at KK residency. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The room was immaculate, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Pros: Good clean rooms, good and polite service. Just a phone call away. Enjoyed the stay there. And best part it's close to the temple and one can feel the temple energy there. Worth the price. This is our 2nd time staying there in 2 years and things have improved greatly after the renovation

Cons: Wifi was a bit slow and no TV in the room. Other than that no complaints at all.
