"Radhas" 4BR Villa in Gated Spring Field Community

Pros: The villa was amazing, spacious, beautiful and clean

Pros: The stay was so comfortable and it gave a homely feeling. The host was always available to guide with any help with the stay. The villa is also located in a safe community so overall it’s very much recommended to stay here .

Pros: Its a lovely and beautiful villa and me and my friends had a wonderful time here. 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned and extremely comfortable with attached bathrooms.The kitchen is full of all necessary things to cook for oneself including stove, kettle, vessels, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, water purifier etc. There is a spacious parking enough for a large suv. I really enjoyed the little features of traditional kerala architecture in the house, all the wooden features, the beautiful ornate lock on the door etc. There are plenty of places on the property to sit and relax in. The location is quite good as well, easy to drive from here to Kannur as well as to Thalassery. Best part is that Sunil is a great and cordial host who is always available to answers questions or help with doubts. Value for money wise there is absolutely no competition this place is very affordable and comfort for its price.

Cons: The living room, tv room, etc are very nice but they lack AC which is okay but larger ceiling fans in the living rooms will be great. We visited in peak summer so most of our time was spent in the Air Conditioned bedrooms.

Pros: Was a good place, with very comfortable bedding and for relaxation.

Cons: Kitchen had adequate utensils, but cleaning soap, scrubs, etc need to be fresh. Likewise, the bathrooms could be cleaner. Found a lot of used soaps. Providing toiletries and sachets of tea and coffee is highly recommended.

The perfect place to rest, party and rejoice for a gang of 6 boys

we stayed this property for a night and it was really great to stay here.

Pros: The place is really amazing, little away from the city , peaceful environment and nature friendly we had great time staying here.

Cons: can be keep little more clean

Cons: Toilets were clean but would have been more cleaner
