A very relaxing vacation with friends in an ideal location that was most comfortable.

Pros: Was very spacious and comfortable for a small group of people to have a relaxing vacation. The staff were cooperative and the location was pristine on a hilltop with a stunning view. The cottages are clean and homely to stay at.

Cons: No restaurant present at the resort, so the staff need to go into Ooty town to bring us hotel food. This made the food options limited and not that fresh to eat always. Apart from breakfast, the resort does not provide any other options for lunch/dinner or tea, just for the fact that they do not have an in-house restaurant/kitchen. The home could have a heater system to keep the rooms/beds warm, especially during the Ooty winters which are freezing. Apart from this, the geyser/heater in the bathroom could be better for hot water. It takes an hour for the water to heat up but just 5 mins for the water to get cold again.

One day stay was overall good..i appreciate the overall cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms

Pros: Location was convenient and surroundings were awesome..but feel like children play area need much more maintenance.

Cons: Breakfast was good enough but was less in quantity for the whole family..One thing that bothered too much was the smoke from the firewoods.It lingered indoors and was irritating the eyes
