Pros: A nice enough room with a pleasant balcony and a garden to sit in. Lovely views over the lake. Location is 400m from the train and bus station, at the quieter end of town. We were kindly lent a kettle for our 4 night stay. Very hot water Helpful owners.

Pros: The staff is very kind and helpfull. They did their best to have me have the (dorm) room for myself. Thanks again! Sitting outside in the sun in the garden is a nice change (for that part in India). Oh and if you came to move your legs, go hike with the guide (ask the owner for the contact) in the mountain :) . Very much recommended.

Picturesque, quiet stay

Pros: The staff were fantastic. Helped us with booking train tickets, & were available any time we needed them. The hot water needs to be turned on prior to use, & the staff let us pick whichever time suited us. They also let us change from a double bed to two singles. Lovely location!

Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable but it was still a great stay.

Pros: Peace...! Friendly staff and guests. Chilled vibe. Great view of lake. Lovely garden. Cheap (Rs. 150 per person) and tasty cooked European brekkie, delivered to your room with a smile.

Cons: Cleanliness could be improved a little. Hot water only from 730-9am or in fairness, also on request from Thomson :-)
