Pros: Room was clean, amenities were good, location is also good. Overall pleasant experience.

Pros: The rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic.. Good view from the room.. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.. both checkin and checkout process were smooth.. dedicated car parking area was available though limited..

Except for food the stay was very comfortable

Pros: The rooms are quite good and clean. The stay was very comfortable.

Cons: Restaurant is not functioning. Even for early morning coffee we have to go outside. The house keeping staff are not supportive enough to buy us coffee from outside. We asked the security staff to buy us coffee and he was courteous enough to do that. Since no flask was available he brought it in polythene cover. I feel that aspect has to be taken care on an urgent basis. Otherwise I feel the stay was very comfortable.

Pros: I really like the staff of the hotel, overall good experience.

Cons: Information need to share with the customer rather waiting for customer to come and ask the questions.

Cons: The public use washrooms couldve been cleaner and the cleaning could've been more thorough
