Pros: The location is good and the rooms are neat and clean. But as it's at the road point, horn sounds and vechile lights were a disturbance at the nights. Room boy took care of us and made the stay comfortable.

Pros: The location of the property. Far from the crowd yet close to the city.

Cons: I have observed that most of the properties in ooty don't have a fan in the room, well that's not necessary but this time I felt the need for a fan. It should be provided. Just a suggestion though and it might not be needed at other times of year.

Gorgeous 360 Ooty view, and attractive design

Pros: If you visit Ooty staying at this hotel is the best option as the view is fantastic, location is convenient and facilities/staff are very good. Hot water, kettle, drinking water, towels, dental kit/shampoo are well provided. Panoramic windows give wonderful opportunity to watch the city in all its gorgeous beauty, and roof top gives even more - 360 view 🌞 Hotel design is elegant and interesting - make sure to check it out, and you will definitely enjoy same.

Pros: It was a great stay. The staff - Harisha was really helpful and was a good guy. The toilet kit provided had all required amenities and the room was very clean. We were allowed to keep our bags in the facility to roam around after checkout and freshen up on our return to the facility to take the bags. Greatly recommend this place!
