Pros: Nice hotel. It was new and clean. Rooms had great view of the hills and tea gardens. Food was not up to the mark. But apart from that we had a good stay.

Pros: Perfect stay. The room that I stayed in included all necessary amenities. Was enjoying big, comfy bed and breathtaking panoramic view (I recommend to book a room with a balcony - it's worth it). Attentive and polite staff, helped me to organise my small trip around the area.
