Good and comfortable to maximise our visit to Mysore .

Pros: Very well located within Mysore old city. Very comfortable and great value for money.

Cons: The buffet was disappointing at dinner. Could be better . Food not piping hot!

Pros: Premium Hotel full of charme. A bit aged in places, but still very welcoming and with the right taste of luxury. We enjoyed the pool, that is like an oasis in the middle of the city, the free Yoga classes in the morning and the breakfast buffet, which left no desires unfulfilled

Pros: Great room, great breakfast, the swimming pool was a real plus.

Cons: Our bed was a first as hard as rock. We talked to staff and they added extra over mattress but this was bumpy and very uncomfortable. However when we asked them on the second day to change the mattress, they did this and then we slept very comfortably

Great value stay in the heart of Mysore.

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to Mysore Palace, in the heart of Mysore. The hotel looks good, big garden space, an outdoor pool and a poolside hotel, the amenities, expectant of a star hotel. Beds were comfy and the people were warm and friendly. Food was just awesome too! Will visit again;)

Cons: The hotel organized some sale event during our stay and it got crowded and noisy fast, parking spots were disappearing and given that it was close to the street, we had trouble getting in. The place could use a deep clean since the hard water stains were visible on the mirror when you took a hot shower and we had a stained throwaway pillow. The hotel just needs general upkeep and change in elements, other than this, no complaints.

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable, the AC/ventilation makes quite some noise. The window in the room could not close properly, so a lot of outside noise entered the room.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Really beautiful hotel. Big spacious rooms. Clean. Big nice pool and clean. Hotel brings wow factor. Restaurant was also good. It had main dining restaurant which was a bit pricy but it had another dining area around the pool which was a lot cheaper and it was so nice to sit outside around the pool and enjoy dinner. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The only thing it was to do with staff, it looks like they do their best to make you feel welcome but little attention to details were annoying a few times. Things like safe battery got flat and I could not open it, called reception and they said 2 min, 20min later I was still waiting. Had to call again. Check out - they overcharged me for Pepsi, it wasn’t much but it’s the principle, why should I pay for it when I did not use it, it was a bar from the room. When arrived, made a cuppa and there was no spoon, called and asked for spoon, it took them long time to bring a spoon and tea got cold. Just little things but it’s part of being comfortable and enjoying experience.

Great value for money

Pros: All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we really appreciated it. The breakfast and the onsite restaurant Gardenia were fantastic. Room service was really good, and the room itself was spotless. Could not believe the level of the hotel for the price. The shower was like a jet stream, wonderful work.

Cons: Nothing.
