Friendly hotel with good pool

Pros: We had a stopover at this place, and it was a very welcome experience after a long car ride. The big pool by the river was especially appreciated. The staff were friendly, though there was some confusion regarding our payment at the end of our stay. We asked several times if our balance was covered through Booking.com, which it wasn’t, but this wasn't caught until after we left. This meant we had to settle the payment via Wise later on, which was a bit complicated. Despite the administrative mix-up, it was a pleasant stay.

rooms- big with an old world touch , food excellent - Staff - courteous

Pros: Excellent food - be it north indian, south indian or the soup - we had beef roast, prawn roast, kerala paratha, bhindi fry, aloo gobi, hot & sour soup - the taste was great and we were surprised that the multi cuisine food we had did did not have a tinge of kerala except in the specific kerala dishes

Cons: Coordination between the massage centre and the reception we had booked a massage at 3 Pm and it was confirmed but the massage personnel left before the appointed time

Best hotel to stay in central kerla

Pros: Location is very good, it is real River Retreat. Food is also very good with fair price. Room is spacious and it will give you a Ethnic ancient kerala culture glimpses. 💫

Pros: Beautiful location, excellent food, very friendly staff and super relaxing Ayuervidic massage.

Cons: The massage area and especially the steam cabin could have been a bit more hygienic.
