Good place to stay and relax - there is a lake close by for some peaceful get away time-Best place
Pros: The breakfast was ala carte only - though less quantity wise was great in taste and quality, the place was clean and a great place for stay
Cons: there was a gap between the rates in booking.com and the hotel, also the number for reaching the hotel was not listed correctly and we had to chase to get the number and updates

Cons: While Blue Serene Resorts offers an overall amazing experience, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The resort is somewhat isolated, so guests will need to travel for activities and alternative dining options, though the food at the on-site restaurant and room service is enjoyable. Additionally, the games room could use some attention, as it appeared dusty and in need of a cleaning. These are minor issues, but worth noting for a more seamless stay.

Pros: Hotel location is fantastic and situated in a quiet lake side. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.Staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend holidays or liesure time with family or friends

Excellent family stay near Thrissur

Overall experience was out of the world.
Pros: The resort situated in a serene and picturesque location but the transportation and road to the resort is not adequate. More over Blue Serene is not well marketed. I had to search specifically to find this place. The room rates should be moderated to attract more customers.

A full service resort in thrissur
Pros: Very kind staff. Huge rooms and washrooms. Very good AC inside the rooms. Nice restaurant. Helped us get a late check out. Beautiful park, house boat and other boating services. Nice spa facilities. Complementary buffet was good.
Cons: No AC in the hotel corridors. Possibly saving costs. A bit overpriced for the facilities but it's probably the only resort available with these facilities at this location.

The pool facility was a highlight, offering cherished relaxation moments, and the culinary experience was delightful. We want to extend our thanks for the prompt and accommodating response to our request for getting us few urgent essentials from nearby market. It was a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel good. In conclusion, our stay at Blue Serene was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.
