Fantabulous Fun

Pros: The place is clean and was well maintained. The staff understood the challenges faced by travellers and adjusted with our needs and wishes well. Some things like requirements to use the pool should be informed at the time of booking itself to avoid confrontation later. Kitchen took their time to prepare food which is both good and bad. In one sense we got the food hot and fresh. On the other hand we had to wait for more than 15 minutes which when you have lot of kids in the party will create issues. All in all a good experience. Malampuzha dam with its cheap and great rope car, children friendly park is about 10-12 KM from the property which we got to know on our last day. Property should have nearby sight seeing places put up in a pamphlet so that guests can be better served.

Cons: Conditions to use the pool should have been informed prior. Kitchen could serve food according to the party's needs rather than waiting to serve all the items in the order in one go.

Good Food, good rooms, couples friendly

Pros: Swimming pool was good, food was nice. Rooms were spacious. Hassel free entry.

Cons: They don’t accept cards. Only cash or G Pay. That was disappointing.

excellent getaway for a break by the river, as long as they dont have conferences

Pros: Silent and under rated property which needs to work on clarity of its business focus. The team are great at hospitality but the lure of events and conferences breaks away from this being a resort for a business property. Ayurvedic massage by Mahesh was of a high quality. Team works hard to offer hospitality, Sneha and Santosh and second line too very good at reverting. Yoga team also good.

Cons: Amenities were not resort like. Breakfast is basic and very local . Power cuts at night

Pros: Location, ambience, Upgraded rooms without any charges, friendly staff. Can use pool at night. Great balcony. Spacious rooms

Cons: could be more cleaner. a part of the roof was leaking when there was heavy rain - it didn't affect much, though!

My family enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Excellent service of staff, especially Anisha. Riverside view is also beautiful. Nice food.

Cons: Hygiene around Restaurant. Found few rats running here and there.

Génial - MERCI à tout l'équipe

Pros: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la prolongation de notre chambre sans paiement supplémentaire afin de pouvoir rester dans la chambre jusqu'à notre départ pour aller à l'aéroport. De plus, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et l'excellente cuisine qui nous a servi de bons repas. La proximité de la rivière.

Cons: Un petit bémol : les allées et venues incessantes, le montage et le démontage des nombreuses manifestations de mariage, ce qui n'a pas été très gênant - il nous a juste fallu un peu de temps pour nous y habituer.
