Pros: Manager Yogesh Chef Hari & Krishna Mani, Raghav & Arun took great care of us during our stay. It really was an escape to serenity for us, immersed in the palm forest, alone with nature and quiet. Many, many thanks guys. You are the best 😀

The hotel is clean and comfortable but the service can be improved

Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the restaurant is good. Jhivan was very nice to us.

Cons: 1- There were several power outage on the night we spent there. 2 - We expected to be able to use the pool but it was dirty. 3 - The staff woke us up at 8am knocking on the door to say that breakfast was ready. But like any other hotel the breakfast was available until 10:30am so there was no need to wake us up due to that. 4 - The breakfast could be better. There were not much options. These things were not a major problem but definitely could be improved.

Pros: I loved everything from the staffs, the room , the food and the atmosphere. Was too good. Very authentic in the maintenance of the south culture in a modern way.

Pros: Beautiful location in the midst of a palm tree Forrest. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower as well as a big TV. Breakfast was a delicious mix of Indian food. But the best was the staff. So nice and helpful!!

The customer service experience was amazing.

Pros: I travelles alone and stayed at Ibex as it was rated very high by the past guests and it was close to Isha Yoga Centre as that was my reason for the visit to Coimbatore. Pradeep was great host and looked after everything from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The rooms and the atmosphere around was serene and I enjoyed my stay. The buffet breakfast was amazing and lot of choices to chose from. Some great authentic south indian food. 😋 I would like to thank all the staff at Ibex for making the experience amazing and would stay there again when I am back to Coimbatore.

Pros: I love the hotel location in the middle of the coconut trees, so fresh and calm there. Not far at all from Isha. Hotel staff helpful with arranging transportation also. The young reception was very helpful (sorry I forgot his name) when i lost my phone, he assisted me 100% to his best to look for my phone which I appreciate so much. The room is clean and bed is cozy and no noise around. I really like this property.

Pros: It’s rustic getaway location ! Nestled amongst coconut plantations , giving us a village atmosphere but with all the amenities of modern comfort . Perfect 🌸 Food was delicious . Their chef was excellent . Keeping to the theme of simplicity but a feast to the taste buds . Resort staff are very attentive & helpful . All together an excellent venue for a weekend getaway .

Pros: I stayed for one night when visiting Isha yoga center. Staff was very helpful and hospitable, room was clean and the dinner was excellent.

Coconut trees, lovely staff and village style hospitality and stay overall was a good experience!!

Pros: It’s very good location away from city crowds and closer to Isha ashram. The village style rooms are nostalgic to old days!

Cons: The stained glass above door had lights coming thru since I am sensitive to light but it’s not a big deal for most people.
