Pros: Fantastic ambience, spacious and comfortable rooms, Amazing views of western ghats, good spa and swimming pool. staffs are customer oriented. Great food. A bit inside from main road hence it is better to reach early.

Cons: Wellness part is not that great.

Excellent and sure to return

Pros: The location was very quiet and beautiful. Great for those who want to get away from the busy cities. Surrounded by mountains and nature. The pool was very clean and has a beautiful view. Service was prompt and staff were great. Very accommodating.

Cons: The climb to the rooms as they are located on steep slopes. But great workout though.

Pros: We're having an incredible stay at AuRevoir! The Ayurvedic massage we had yesterday was truly exceptional – therapists Maya and Princy have magic hands! We highly recommend the treatment. The property is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, impeccable maintenance, and delicious food. It's the perfect luxury retreat. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Serene getaway tucked in nature

Pros: We loved everything from the moment we checked in! The welcome we received with wet towels and a refreshing drink, to the stunning views all around the property, to the comfort of the rooms, the amenities in the bathroom (and how they are stored and presented) The bed was so comfortable, balcony spacious and beautiful to relax in and admire all the birds We absolutely loved the yoga Shala! Practicing there in the morning was one of our favorite things! Restaurant very nice and good variety of items for breakfast Staff superb!

Cons: Nothing, everything was amazing! The only thing we can say it the breakfast cakes were bot as fresh and home made as everything else at breakfast

Pros: Good options of food items and well organized . Staff were polite and fast to make service. Food was superb delicious 😋. Tried the fish items. Ayurvedic spa is a must try option for who gonna visit there to relax your body and mind. Professional staffing at spa. We enjoyed the stay at the property, hope to stay there again.

Cons: Waiting for the food at the restaurant during lunch & dinner for a long time was only a minor complaint I could raise. It may be because of less manning in the galley.

Pros: Our stay was made comfortable and pleasurable by the warm and friendly staff, especially the genuine smile and courtesy of Ajeesh, who took us many times in the buggy. We also appreciate the attention to little details, the dance performance and live flute music during the dinner. The location definitely deserves another visit!

Pros: The property is set in a scenic location overlooking the hills and a natural waterbody (Malampuzha dam). Ambience is excellent and the property is maintained well. It is value for money.

Cons: Ayurvedic treatments are slightly expensive as compared to Star rated hotels in the state of Kerala. Choice of food is limited
