Nice spot to relax

Pros: I liked that it was a relaxing complex with a beautiful garden. The rooms were nice and clean plus you had a small balcony to sit. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help you. The breakfast was enormous and quite tasty.

Cons: The WiFi kept dropping in and out so one had to be a little patient with it.

The best place to stay close to the tiger reserve

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and the quality of meals were excellent courtesy of Joseph the chef. Our room balcony looked onto the pretty garden. The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting the elephant camp and tiger reserve. The hotel arranged 2 different jeep tours with their friendly and knowledgeable guide and also our taxi back down to Fort Kochi. Highly recommended.

Cons: This is not a complaint, but just to say the village where the hotel is situated is an unspoiled rustic place with no westernised elements. The hotel doesn't serve alcohol, but there is an off licence in the village.

Beyond expectations: comfort, cuisine, and wildlife

Pros: Highly recommendable housing. Beautiful, clean and comfortable place. Professional staff, tasty kitchen fulfilled our expectations. Suitable accommodation has been provided to our driver. In addition, we had the chance to go on a safari with Radha Krishnan and spotted many wild animals (elephants, gaur, bear, deers, birds, lizard).

Cons: Note that the village as such does not provide many activities options besides safaris.

Pros: The place was family friendly, wel maintained, prime location, security, food was good. Staffs provided exceptional service. The manager Zaheer followed up almost 8 hrs ahead of our check in time and provided timely help

Cons: Booking.com could have provided more discount.

Pros: Beautiful gardens with views to the mountains. On site restaurant. Balcony seating area. Safaris arranged by hotel with Mr Radah Krishna who was an excellent and well informed guide.

Cons: Parents not keeping their children under control allowing them to run wild throughout the hotel grounds at all hours of the day. Shame because it could have been a wonderfully tranquil place to enjoy the lovely gardens and view.

Cons: Staff appeared unpleasant...a person helped it's to cast the luggage to the rooms at the time of check in. But at the time of time of check out he was standing there with no signs to help us

Great stay

Pros: We had a wonderful one-night stay at Nest Inn, Mudumalai! The resort is incredibly baby-friendly, which made our travel with our little one so much easier and more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and every dish was served with so much care. What stood out the most was the hospitality—the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It felt like a home away from home in the middle of nature. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!
