Maliekal Heritance Cherai Beach Cochin

Was a perfect spot for a relaxing beach stay.

Pros: The property was across the road from the beautiful Cherai beach and in close proximity to restaurants in the area. It is a small quaint resort and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very quiet location and a good standard m. The staff were delightful.

Cons: It is a shame that they do not serve snacks and drinks by the pool. Polycarbonate items could be used to avoid broken glass etc in the area. Also the full menu never seemed to be available and it was quite a task to have a sandwich at lunch time!

A perfect start to our India holiday

Pros: This was a perfect start to our long holiday in India. We arrived too early to check into our room, but we were shown to the lovely terrace and given coffee and muffins. Our room looked over the lake and there was always plenty of wildlife to watch from the terrace. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed - there was even a jacuzzi which we used on one evening. The pool was beautifully clean and lit up in the evening. The restaurant is lovely and we had all our wonderful meals on the terrace overlooking the sea - just idyllic. All the staff were great, but we have to give a special mention to Adarsh who was our waiter for most meals - such a lovely man and a great credit to the hotel.

Pros: The resort’s location is absolutely stunning, with the beach on one side and serene backwaters on the other, making it a truly calm and peaceful getaway. The rooms are beautiful, neat, and clean, and the staff is extremely polite. If you’re planning to stay in Cherai, this is definitely the place to choose.

Pros: The rooms, the property, the facilities and the very hospitable staff

Cons: Food, especially breakfast, could have had more local cuisine and more choices

Great - a wonderfully relaxing spot to see in the New Year!

Pros: Great location, facilities: pool, bikes, games, spa, food (perfect poached eggs). Team went above and beyond in getting my shoes left at another hotel back to me. Really appreciated. A lovely ambiance - really cute, boutique residence. So chilled surrounded by the water.

Most relaxed Stay with Great Service

Pros: I stayed In Maliekal Cherai Recently. The ambiance of the hotel was nice. The staff were Friendly. I tried Different seafood from there. Really it was Yummy!!! I Really get refreshed From there. Had so much of sweet memories with my Husband. Thank You Team Maliekkal. I will Recommend this property to my family and Friends.

A relaxing stay!

Pros: It was clean and well maintained, not too big and impersonal. The beds were comfortable and good sized rooms and bathrooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Adesh in the restaurant but also the receptionist and the lovely gardener!

Cons: The breakfast especially for Western tourists was quite repetitive.

Pros: Very smart, friendly staffs. Food is excellent,thogh there is no option for kerala treditional lunch menu. Stay was excellent ,cozy rooms. Like to visit again.

Cons: They should inlclude, treditional kerala food options in the menu, like , aviyal, poriyal, pulissery etc. Other wise all good.
