You definitely need to work on providing power sockets at the work desk. This is a major shortcoming

Pros: Location of the restaurant/ layout, variety are good. Service is decent

Cons: The quality of food at breakfast was about average. The idlis could have been better. I would say that the South Indian food must be definitely improved on. That should be one of the highlights of the breakfast spread

Pros: The readiness of the staff to serve and they appeared to be honest , reliable . The house keeping requested me to keep the used plates outside of my room , which did appear to be a bit out of place and while i have not considered this while rating the services , a lot of customers may consider this aspect . The wifi connectivity was poor and the Kerala chicken Biryani ordered for dinner was a let down while the other items ordered were good . A little more focus can be given on items like the AC and TV remote which were a bit weathered and required a couple of hits before it started working . on the whole it was a decent stay and truly value for money and since i rate the human element the most and must say there you scored very well . I will recommend your hotel to anyone who requests for my recommendation . Thanks for taking care of me Regards Ram

Pleasant stay with awesome breakfast

Pros: Property is situated at a very good location. Rooms were medium sized and clean. Breakfast was awesome and would like to rate 10/10

Cons: It took 30-40 minutes for completing the check out even after informing them about the check out in the previous day itself.

Pros: The old world charm of this 40 year old Hotel is very much there. However, the room needed some upgrasdation

Cons: Absence of some of the modern amenities

Pros: Check in time in the afternoon forced me to book the room for two nights even though I never stayed overnight. 24 hours check in would be fair.

the stay was great as the hotel was and the facility matched my requirement. it was very peaceful.

Pros: They said my booking was not included with Breakfast. i remember booking it with breakfast. so no clue of the breakfast server.

Cons: i checked the menu and found the food was a bit on the pricey side. However, it was a pilgrimage trip so i didnt concentrate much on food. instead i used Zomato to get something light which was delivered to the property.

Pros: Especially the cleaning teams, they did good job , and very good behavior and they support well . Amazing 👏., and also the reception team , kind and polite.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Hardly 5 mins from the main temple

Cons: Rooms need better upkeep. They were clean but not of the quality expected for the price
