Great location, spacious rooms, squeaky clean, warm staff.

Pros: Location Helpful doorman/security/staff Spacious room Squeaky clean room Great beds We ordered only one item (chicken Hakka noodles) via room service and that was superb.

Cons: The bath towels have seen better days I had requested for a twin room right from the start. I’d called the hotel a day before arrival to confirm the twin room. And I was told everything is confirmed. My elderly father and I were still made to wait in another double-bed room before the twin room could be occupied. After a tiring journey to Thrissur, that was a bit of inconvenience. Having said that, the staff were quick to relocate us and helped us shift the luggage quickly.
