Pros: The hotel is located in the middle of city and near shops.

Cons: Staff were very very freindly we felt like we were part of the family. Specially miss Aswathy she was always make sure we are taking care off. L

Pros: Staff were v good and cooperative. Excellent food. Room facilities needs to be improved. A floor mat at the toilet area is a must. Basically house keeping should be little more improved.

Pros: I like the ambience. Roof top beverage outlet was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Employees were excellent.

Cons: Noise at the roof top beverage outlet. Quite a lot of details are missing in the room and public spaces from HK point of view. Towels and linen are stained and faided.
