Its a good place to stay. The premises are well maintained and clean

Pros: They do not have restaurant within, but they have arranged food which is reasonably good

Pros: The staff were quite humble and helpful. We loved the location. It's located on walking distance from bus and railway station.

Pros: Location is very near to railway station. New hotel. Recommended for family. Safe and clean. Family suite is good.

Pros: Brand new Hotel with very good facilities, Wifi was great. Rooms very neat and tidy with toiletries and clean bath towels. Complimentary breakfast was tasty although there was not any other variety of food as it just started newly. The reception staffs were very good with great hospitality. I actually booked the room for 2 days but unfortunately my work had finished early so I did not have to stay for the 2nd day. Hence I requested the reception if they could cancel my stay for 2 days and refund the same. I was so happy that the reception staff agreed to repay after his Manager advised him and to hold back the service charges and return the remaining amount. The reception was very kind and humble I would say. Anyways keep it up and Thank you so much for your kindness.

Cons: The rooms were too small and congested. It looked very gloomy. Visitors were not allowed into the rooms. Many hotels do allow but not a group of people.

Pros: Generally fine. the only specific draw back was absence of hot water in shower Very friendly and accommodative staff And modern fittings in room.

Pros: I stayed at Metro Residence from January 25 to 27, and it was a good and pleasant experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The staff was helpful, and the only thing to note is that the rooms don’t have windows, which may take some getting used to.
