Pros: The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, careful and helpful.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location — just around the corner from the art museum and within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the market. The beds were comfortable and there was always hot water. Breakfast was decent. One of the gentlemen at the reception was particularly helpful, assisting us with bus bookings and taxi arrangements — thank you for that. The Wi-Fi connection, however, was quite weak.

Great location and great value in Mysuru

Pros: Great location, being walking distance to the palace and market area. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Room comfortable and spacious.

Pros: Everything that we experienced was great especially the staff, they really couldn't help enough. We didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on that.

Pros: We stayed for four nights and it was perfect. The staff were friendly, efficient and warm. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Room service was always on hand if we needed anything replenished. The breakfast was first rate and ranged from South Indian to cereal and eggs. Thank you.

Pros: We stayed here for just one night while traveling to Kerala. The hotel is located very close to Mysore Palace, near the back gate, which made it easy to get around the city—especially at night, as there was very little traffic. The room was a bit congested, but it had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed by the time we checked in, and the parking area was full, so we had to park on the small road opposite the hotel. Overall, a convenient stay for a short visit.
