Great property but lacks vision , could do better

Cons: Two small bottles of water are placed in the room as if a big favour has been done!! Recommend that everyone carries their own drinking water supply as the property seems to have an issue to provide water. Suggest that the management install a small RO unit and fill reusable glass bottles for drinking water in the rooms

Pros: The rooms were lavish. Clean n toilets well maintained n clean. Enough toiletries. The room service was good. We had the room on the highest floor. The view was good. The swimming pool was easily accessible. The food can be improved on. Lot of parking space. The ambience is good

Pros: Very comfortable room, spacious and luxurious. Good food and nice service.

Good value, great food, just a little tough around the edges

Pros: Set back from a noisy, dirty street, had a pool, restaurant was excellent, room was spacious and bright. The management was great about alerting the kitchen to my need for gluten free food and helped us get a taxi to our next stop.

Cons: They need to work on cleaning and basic service. We had to request soap, hand towels, a replacement bath towel for one with a large hole, and toilet paper. The staff was responsive and cheerful, but it would have been preferable to not have to request.
