Pros: Ambiance, good service and hospitality. The hotel has shuttle service for visiting the temples around and for hill temple They didn't provide accommodation for driver as some renovation was going on However when it was taken up Manager some accommodation was provided instantly. Thank you staff for making the stay pleasant. I will recommend to everyone.

Nice and comfortable stay

Pros: Spacious room, very clean and peaceful atmosphere. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially in the reception they are ready to assist you any time.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: It had a bar! Bed was really comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

Cons: It was fine for us because we had a car but it was quite far from the centre of Palani.

Pros: Overall nice. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant

An Excellent Property with many Limitations while Waiting for Rebranding !

Pros: It is a neat and well-maintained property. The staff is very cordial. The Vegetarian restaurant , Brahma, is good.

Cons: There are many flies within the lounge, inside the room and even in the restaurant. That is an avoidable nuisance. More over, even a twin-sharing double room there is only one coffee mug , or one set of soap and shampoo. For a Hotel of this class, this kind of cost cutting measures is not acceptable to me. When asked, the front desk staff told me that the property is being rebranded and a new acquisition is in the offing. What I don't understand is, during this transition phase too you need to maintain minimum standards of hospitality. I only wish the Management sees the merit in my argument.

Everyone must try the complimentary breakfast was really good but the hotel non veg menu is really too costly for it. At

Pros: The property was near and clean, the staffs were very polite and friendly. Morning breakfast was really great and it was such a good experience for me to have a stay here..

Pros: Vegetarian breakfast was very good with essential items. Their restaurant serves varieties of tasty vegetarian foods.

Our stay was excellent, but driver suffered

Pros: Both self and my spouse thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff’s hospitality. However, I would earnestly request the management to consider giving a reasonable comfort to the drivers who bring in the guests all the way from other parts of our country. We came all the way from Mysuru, via Thiruvallur… Long journey and imagine if the driver doesn’t get good rest , a decent place to rest and restroom… We aren’t recommending rooms like that for guests, but just humanitarian needs to be met. Everything else was par excellent in the hotel, but for the facilities for the drivers. My driver had to sleep in our car . That’s the tragedy. Trust the management considers.
