The location is excellent, especially for temple visitors, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for the price. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to requests, which made the stay smooth. Facilities like AC, parking, and 24-hour service were available, adding good value for money. However, during peak times the rooms can feel a bit small and maintenance needs more attention, especially with fans and water facilities. Despite these minor issues, the hotel offers good comfort at an affordable rate, and I would recommend it for families and solo travelers visiting the area.

Pros: I had visited this place earlier when it was under the old management, and honestly, the experience was not good. But now the management has completely changed, and I must say the improvement is amazing! Everything was so much better this time – the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Really happy with the new management, and I’ll definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: I recently stayed at PVT Residency during my visit to Palani, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel is located very close to the Palani Murugan Temple, which made our trip much more convenient. ✅ The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. ✅ Staff were friendly and supportive, and they even helped us with early check-in upon request. ✅ Hot water, AC, and all basic amenities were working perfectly. ✅ Great for family stays and group bookings. ✅ Budget-friendly with good value for money! They also offer discounts for travel agents and bulk bookings, which is a bonus if you're organizing a group trip. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant place to stay in Palani. Highly recommended!
