Pros: Location is good by the time we checked in breakfast was over.

Cons: If on line booking is also considered as normal booking n avoid early check in charges of Rs 500.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend this place for stay with family. They are at your door 24/7 when needed. A call to the reception and it is done. This is the best part of theirs.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like. Everything was perfect..!But there was no mini bar in the room. Mini bar is provided only to suite rooms.

Pros: Hotel was in the heart of palakkad city since it was easy for us to travel to each location. Room was neat and spacious enough.

Pros: Covered car parking canopy would have been ideal in this sweltering, blazing hot summer.

Cons: The security can be little more in accommodating for senior ctzn to board the car & drop infront of the corridor .Not allowing the car to come near the portico.

Pros: Property and the atmosphere they’re creating is very fabulous and appropriatable and the receptionists are very friendly and professional overall good and comfortable stay. Only one concern please make sure if something we need employees have to prioritise that and reach as possible as you can.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Parking also was available. We were looking for a neat and clean place close to our relative's house. This was a satisfactory place

Pros: The staff were exceptional in their service and response. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We are definitely come back to Hilux again. The GM is doing a fantastic job in maintaining the standards of the hotel.
