Overall l liked it.

Pros: Good. Peaceful atmosphere. Tasty food with minimal price.

Cons: Television is not working properly.

Pros: the staff were very friendly, communicative and helpful. Ashik from house keeping was the best. facility for traveling from resort outside calling for autos was very helpful and friendly people. overall enjoyed our stay.

Cons: food choices for vegetarians can be better..Limited choice..

Loved the stay for its proximity to the Garden entrance , easy access to cable car, and above all for such calm prevail

Cons: Afternoon menu on food can improve. Possibly during reservations like dinner, can think of improving the choice

Excellent for short stay.

Pros: Food quality was exceptional. Only limited usual items are available. There's a seperate Beer bar and Non Veg dishes available. Room service is there only for Dinner generally. No lift only ground floor and first floor rooms. Executive, basic, AC rooms are all in first floor. Summer is not very comfortable during day time temp outside.

Cons: No cab service as they have to come from Palakkad town. Auto rickshaws are available at reasonable rates to move around. No tea coffee kettle in Executive rooms.

Nice stay

Pros: Great location, hotel is in the midst of mountains. Very good staff, cooperative and very positive in all interactions. Room AC worked very well and almost noiseless. The hotel and surroundings are very quiet, the silence is wonderful.

Cons: Very limited choice of food. Extremely limited choices and what is available is not tasty too. I cut short my stay only because I could not get food of my choice. If the taste can be improved and the number of items can be increased, this will be a wonderful place to stay.

Enjoyable relaxing stay at the Garden House

Pros: Fabulous location with all round views set on a hill looking over the dam I loved the simple nature of the Garden House and how spaceuouse it is. I found the staff to be polite friendly, and helpful.

Cons: I would like to see a mosquito deterrent in my room but perhaps I should know better as a traveler and brought one of those plugin things with me.

Pros: The calm and peace that you feel around the property. You wake up with positive energy.

Excellent hotel!

Pros: Really a very nice place and nicely located. Excellent, clean and spacious room. The manager and staff were all just very friendly and extremely helpful! Food was good. We can only recommend this hotel.

Pros: Beautiful mountain top location, with good and spacious rooms. Restaurant is good, with delicious food served., though you have to inform in advance if you are thinking of having dinner here. Staff are friendly and helpful.
