Quick stopover.

Pros: The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was superb. Staff was okay. Parking was easy. We booked thru booking.com as when we called them direct, it was nearly 1000rs extra per night.

Cons: When we arrived, the lift was getting serviced. So couldn't use lift for many hours and had to use stairs for 3rd floor. Room was smelling of some combustable gas for hours. I reported to reception few times and then a staff came and just sprayed some air freshener and left. It took few more hours for it to go away. We just left fan on and left to go outside till night. Not soundproof at all. There is a 1 cm gap under front door!!!

Pros: Friendly staff,great location Staff reception Latif,Ajith,Mimi very attentive and most helpful The other boys for other auxiliary things were so friendly and efficient (sorry don't know they're names..wearing red uniforms)

Cons: The water heater not instant,leaking bidet, kettle was spoilt and highlight was there's a lot of mosquitoes so much so the sleep was disturbed Please provide coils or electrical mosquito repellent

My 86year old mother was very happy with her stay of 4 days and 3nights with staff and facilities.

Pros: The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff: Mini, Latif and Ajit was excellent. Every request was attended to immediately. Even the breakfast, though they did not have a live counter, had a good variety.

Cons: The white towels, though washed, could have been better maintained.

Pros: At this economical rate, the hotel is extremely near and clean with very humble and co operative staff.. Normally this is replicated only in Japan or Singapore..To add a restaurant is not worth discussing as there are way too many eateries around within driving distance..
