Very disappointing because you did not keep up your words.

Pros: I like the location and the facility. No breakfast was given which is soooo bad especially you said breakfast is included.

Cons: When I booked I got the offer for a complementary breakfast. But when I stayed there, they did not give breakfast. They said, they are not giving breakfast. So I checked the website and I could see the breakfast offer. So that was cheating. You should not have given false information.

Journey in Ooty

Pros: I liked staying there, it felt like home. Because there were rooms available, the staff has upgraded my booking for a deluxe room and that was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room is big, and the view on Ooty is superb. Wifi was excellent, it was important for me in this trip. Additionally, having hot water for shower was a pleasure for me! Location is good.

Cons: That's detail...the kettle was not working, and maybe overall maintenance (refreshing needed in the room)
