Pros: Stayed here with my colleagues for a work trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and perfect for both relaxation and catching up on a bit of work, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable though. The location is also ideal, close to both our work event venue and a variety of restaurants, so we could easily explore the area after business was done. Overall, it was a fantastic mix of comfort, convenience, and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for any business travellers or groups looking for a balance of work and relaxation.

Comfortable stay

Pros: What a truly set hotel & the exceptional service from the reception staffs Rahul, Arun and Tushar. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. and they went out of their way to ensure all my needs as we arrived by 10 pm. One of the features I appreciated most was the reliable hot water service at the time they mentioned. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to return to a hot shower with consistent water pressure and this was a big plus for me. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Hotel Silver Oak to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares.
