Pros: Loved the hospitality , entire staff is very generous abd made sure that we have a comfortable stay.

Fit for purpose stay for a short trip, great location, courteous staff

Pros: Good hotel, excellent location, restaurant food was also good Fit for purpose for a short and quick trip to Mysore

Pros: Great location for Palace and hills. Nice food and staff.

Cons: No room for driver which we were not aware of when booking.

Overall good but for timings as noted.

Pros: Location, staff courtesy, breakfast, overall ambience and arrangement of kettle and tea sachets are very much lliked.

Cons: Checkin time as 2 pm whereas checkout is 12 noon. Effective stay is only 22 hours. To be customer friendly, it needs to be 24 hours from any check- in time

Pros: Very polite staff at reception and room service/ housekeeping

Pros: Break fast Good, located in the city. Food taste was not spicy...

Cons: Instead of a buffet breakfast, can serve as per order required...., when we have a buffet breakfast we tend to eat more than required because we pay or its complimentary..... then we will have to skip lunch..!!

Pros: Location was ideal. Situated in a very upmarket area, it was very close to golf course and tge central business district. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loves the ambience.

Sweet and short stay place.

Pros: Situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood of Mysore. Good to walk around and easily accessible to the downtown, D. Urs road. Very good for short stays to unwind. Recommended for business travellers too because it's easy on the pocket.

Cons: The room didn't have safe deposit locker. This would be and added benefit if provided.

Pros: Staff is very nice & helpful, food is also good.
