Good Hotel to stay in mysore

Pros: The cleanliness and facilities were good. Mr.Syed was very prompt in responding to our queries. Parking is limited within hotel premises, but they provide parking in one of their facilities which is about 1km away.

Cons: The front office staff (except Mr.Syed) don't get updates from booking.com. This creates some confusion when we follow up. Again, booking.com doesn't always match with actual room tariffs.

Good staff,clean rooms and good food.

Pros: Staff and room cleanliness were good. Liked the South Indian restaurant at ground floor and multi cuisine restaurant at 5th floor with terrace.They have served delicious food.

Cons: It's not value for money spent as per day charges

The best stat at mysore

Pros: Property is located at the heart of the city hence commuting was hassle free. Room is super clean and staff is so good. We are a family of three and we all liked the stay . I would recommend this for families

Pros: Location is good, convenience store in front, easy taxi, auto.. Clean new built room. Room service little slow. Rooms small in size. Otherwise very good.

Pros: Property is close to most of the accessible locations in Mysore and is in a peaceful neighbourhood. It’s clean and well maintained and the staff are kind and courteous. The food is however not that significant, given we chose a package that does not include breakfast

Cons: The staff are friendly however the soft handover to a different receptionist from day to night is pathetic. They have DND, room cleaning and Laundry indications (which is ingenious) outside each rooms but even when we had the room clean indicator turned on and informed the front desk to clean our rooms in the morning, it wasn’t cleaned floor whole two days and they cleaned on the day before our check out date. So well, coordination is bad.

Pros: The room was Awsome and neat & clean. But there is no air-conditioned. And the WiFi is not working. Otherwise good and comfortable
