It’s a pleasant stay

Pros: The property location is good for a overnight stay, for our onward journey to Ooty, and it’s a great value for money place

Pros: buffet spread was not available on the second day even then they supplied what we asked for but it took some time. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and comfort not luxurious and grandiose.

Cons: The location can not afford a spacious lounge or garden so nothing can be done.

Pros: The location was superb, all the attractions were very near as the hotel is in the center of the twon

Cons: extra cot is way too expensive. They should provide a simple cot in average prices, the extra mattress price is almost 40% of the room charges
