Pros: Great room, balcony, good hot water and WiFi. Staff - especially Douglas, but actually everyone - was kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Cons: Breakfast not fantastic - limited Western options - though ate twice Fordingbridge and food v good.

A worthy stay

Pros: The room was good and clean and the stay was good as well. Family suite was also spacious.

Cons: The family suite could have 2 bathrooms for more convenience and a separate veg kitchen for strictly vegetarian guests would also be good.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also quite good

Cons: The washroom was pretty small, had no exhaust fan, and the glass on the door was sprayed white to make it non-transparent, but the job was not done well and therefore if the lights were on inside the washroom, anyone standing outside could see the one sitting on the toilet, which is not very comfortable and private

Pros: The staff was great and very helpful. Restaurant staff checked on us if we wanted dinner or breakfast. Everyone was super helpful

Pros: A very friendly and caring staff. The room we stayed in (102) was on the 1st Floor and was spacious and had two balconies with reasonably good views. The food quality was excellent and so was the room service. The overall cleanliness was good and regular attention to room cleaning was commendable. For the price, with add-on breakfast it is a good and happy deal.

Cons: A few floor tiles in our room were damaged and need replacement. The quality and layout of the breakfast needs improvement. Suggest adding some fresh cut fruits, cereals and eggs (boiled). We were happy to be provided with well-prepared omelettes and toast on request. Also a facility to provide tea/coffee without added sugar would be nice.

Pros: Douglas on the front desk was a great guy. Room are great and clean shower are hot

Great stay!

Pros: Great location (walking distance from the center of munnar and good restaurants around) , the rooms are very confortable and clean, and the balcony is a great plus! The only down side is limited hot water, only available during two time slots, which was not mentioned when booking. The best part is the really friendly staff. Thank you Douglas!
