Rainbow Inn

Pros: The owner was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We asked for a kettle, and they arranged it for us. We checked out in the morning and kept our luggage there while we went out. In the evening, we asked for a room to freshen up, and the owner arranged one on the ground floor, which was very helpful. Hot water is available only at certain times, but it was enough for us.

Pros: It is a new property, so there was some construction work happening there. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. The stay was comfortable and very nice, to say the least. The beds and linen were clean and fresh.

Cons: There isn't 24-hour hot water in the tap. So some days we had to have a cold bath. Other than that, the amenities are good, but our room didn't have the light fixtures properly installed. There was no breakfast.

Outstanding hotel experience in Munnar.

Pros: One of the best hotels I experienced during my trip to Kerala. I'll share some reasons why I liked this hotel: The room was neat, clean, and looked amazing. The location was nearby Mattupetty Road. The staff's behavior was very kind and helpful. At night, I needed salt and some pickles, and the staff arranged this immediately. Highly recommended. Overall, it was a good stay with family. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay

Pros: Staff were amazing and accommodated for our extra 2 days for our stay. Very clean and fairly priced. Location is great slightly quieter than centre of Munnar but a short walk away. Was the best place we’ve stayed in India so far

Pros: I had the most pleasant stay at the rainbow inn. The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. However I would like to bring attention to the most wonderful service by the team here. I could not praise them more. They are so attentive and accommodating. I had a minor issue and wanted to see a doctor and the team at the rainbow inn took me to the hospital, waited with me and then took me to get the medicine. The team here and so kind and caring and truly I couldn't have had a better experience. I am so grateful. Thank you rainbow inn 🙏

Good place and it is awaited to improve after the construction work gets over.

Pros: Good place since it's a new construction , it may take little bit of time for completion. Hopefully, in two or three months it will be a neat place. Good room and ambience

Cons: Hot water was not available at required time. Parking is a little problem.

Pros: Good service and location. Good room and view. Spacious and clean. Staff was helpful in arranging tours. No percolator and toiletries.

Cons: Smelly Reused/treated water for flush causing the CR to smell weird. Good if you like to protect nature.
