Pros: Nice , clean and fresh reception area. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast options were very reasonable for the price.

Cons: View from the room was just into a grass bank. Walls in the bedroom had lots of marks on it - made it feel a little unkept (but it wasn’t)

Awesome stay (but not child friendly)

Pros: 1.The location is superb,right in the middle of the main market. 2.neat and clean hotel 3.. Big rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons: 1.Expensive food and other services(i.e. cab booking through hotel) 2. Room lighting can be improved. 3. No charging point besides the bed. We were travelling with our 2 year old toddler. Hence we requested them to boil the milk which we purchased from the outside. They straightaway refused saying outside food is not allowed in the kitchen. We had to buy the milk from them (165 ₹/ cup which is too expensive)

A good choice of hotel with reasonable facilities for Europeans.

Pros: Breakfast and location were good. We had a good view from the room.

Cons: It was frustrating that we couldn't have a beer or glass of wine with dinner in the restaurant. Alcoholic drinks were only available in the bar where there was loud music that we didn't want to hear. We didn't like that we had only water with dinner.

Pleasant stay in Munnar!

Pros: The residency is a walk from town and offers a lot of guided tours that can be arranged through reception. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary: towels, toiletries, RO water, kettle and tea. Breakfast is really nice and tasty with a good variety of choices, mainly Indian, but also with some more European options like cereals, pancakes or french toasts

Great little stay. Recommended.

Pros: It's a very good place. Loved the bathroom. Breakfast is stellar. Very good central location. Friendly, helpful staff. And the bar downstairs is really well done.

Cons: Power cuts to the room when you leave. Fridge was not functional. The window in my second floor room didn't fully lock.
