New hotel in a quieter part of town

Pros: New hotel on the outskirts of town near shops and various restaurants. Helpful staff. Pleasant resort bar ten minutes walk away.

Cons: It’s not where the booking.com map says. Actually 4.5 km from the station.

A clean, comfortable and modern hotel.

Pros: We stayed for a night before getting the toy train from Mettupalayam. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for the night. The staff were friendly and there were a lot of options for food within a 2 minute walk (a mixture of South Indian food options and fast food). Would recommend.

Cons: It’s recently opened so maybe a few details to work out - having some information in the room with the wifi code, the number to call the front desk etc would be helpful as there wasn’t always a member of staff at the desk to answer queries. Also note that the location on the map on booking.com is wrong, it shows the hotel as being walking distance to the train station (which is why we booked it), but is actually a 15 minute drive out of town. It was easy to get a taxi so not a problem, just to be aware of it.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient Stay

Pros: The location was convenient, the property felt new, and the staff were very friendly. The amenities were adequate, making it a comfortable place to stay in the area. The rooms were clean, aesthetically set, and reasonably priced. Although there isn’t an in-house restaurant, McDonald’s, A2B, and several other good dining options are just a one-minute walk away.

Cons: There was no lift. But there is only one floor and there are staffs who will help us with luggage

Pros: This is a brand new property with very planned rooms with all the facilities for stay. The stay is worth every amount spent.We stayed there to reach Black thunder and the location is just opp to that.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The room was comfortable, well furnished and the location is much better than we expected. The air conditioner and fan work great. There is a place for luggage and one chair in the room. Please note. This is across from Black Thunder, a water amusement park and the Bird park. There are many auto rickshaws across the street and the hotel will order a taxi if needed. It was less than 10 minutes on an auto rickshaw to the train station. Others have mentioned the good availability of restaurants nearby so I will not add to that. The people who work at Aarka want to please and make this place successful. This is a two month old property, there are many plans for growth. They are off to a great start. We were impressed with all the new growth in this area. Lots of new restaurants and shops.

Cons: The rooms need a refrigerator.

Très bon séjour manque peut être quelques équipements comme un frigo, des supports vêtements dans la salle de bain.
