Satya Anand Cottage Pure Veg and Non Alcoholic Hotel

Pros: I loved the view from Pearl room, one of the reasons to repeatedly visit here. Love Mala amma and Lalithama's food. I ve never seen a host like Venkatesh Anna who cares enough for the guest, accommodates early check-in and late check out, arranges local travel at a reasonable price. Coonoor is my hometown, I have a lot of relatives here and yet I choose Satya Anand Cottage for hospitality by Venkatesh Anna and his team.

Cons: No option for Non veg. If their veg food is this tasty I'd really love to taste their non veg menu. But I wouldn't complain much about it. As the owner has a lord Shiva idol inside the premises with a meditation centre. So totally understand their ideology and beliefs.

Pros: Friendly host, Ambience is good and location is easy to commute. Food is delicious Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the stay here

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: We loved the stay here and we were delighted by the excellent service( hospitality) served by the caretaker( Mr. Venkatesh ji and their team) The room which was provided to us was good. The food which was served to us was homely. They also provided us with a very good driver ( Mr. Ram), for sight viewing, who was perfect for this. We being 3 women, felt safe inside the premises as well as with this driver.

Peace with no frills

Pros: Best thing was the breakfast and the way which staff prepared and served it. Best South Indian breakfast during my journey. Care taker Venkatesh Anna is very caring person. We liked our stay there.

Exceptionally clean and tasty veg food!

Pros: They have messaged us prior with the location and type of room etc. property is little outside of main coonoor town. But near by town. Swiggy is reachable if you want the food from outside ( if you want dinner here , you have to inform prior) food is too good. The dishes made with love by aunty (owner) and the taste is too good. Something local which you have not eaten outside. I would definitely love to know the name of dosa aunty prepared when kavya kodancha stayed here. I booked this hotel for my client and all these reviews are based on what they said. Main point - this place is exceptionally clean!! They take out your bedsheets immediately after check out. Slippers provided for bathroom wear. Everything is so clean (bathroom, sink, room etc)

Cons: Only problem was the bathroom tap water was a bit muddy .

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Hospitality is excellent. Food is very good, tasty and homely. Venkatesh Sir his wife and all the supporting team members are very co-operative and understanding. In total we have enjoyed our trip and stay @ Sathya Anand cottage. A big thanks to you and your team⚘⚘

Cons: Everything Fine

Pros: Superb break fast. Mr Vengidesh we’re excellent care taker. So caring to me and my daughter. Even I have to check out too early 8 am on Sunday due to holy mass , still he arranged excellent vermicelli upuma, Toasted bread, jam with Butter and coffee.superb room carpets for winter.Good working heater for us@7 litter capacity storage.

Wow what a memorable vacation!!

Pros: Location of the property is excellent the cleanliness of the room and the polite staff. Care taker Mr Venkatesan was so kind to take care of us and a our 2 year old kid. No need to go out for the Breakfast and dinner, you could enjoy the homely meals in property that too for affordable price.

Cons: Nothing as such, it's just the roads to property is very narrow, one should need experience to drive in such a narrow roads. But that has nothing to do with the property location.

Stayed only for a single night, stay was awesome. Owner Mr.Kannan, took very good care of us.

Pros: Very nice room, spacious, superb breakfast home cooked breakfast, private parking.

Cons: Approach road to the location which was steep and rugged.

Because the host and family were so hospitable we would like to go back here

Pros: Homely food served with courtesy and friendliness .Exceptionally warm host and family members

Cons: We were not inconvenienced but some guests might like transportation services to be charged and provided
