Value for money but the restaurant isn't clean

Pros: Service, staff behaviour, breakfast, room facilities

Cons: Dirty table cloth in restaurant, baby cockroach flosting in coffee, all linked to cleanliness and hygiene being maintained.

Good to go

Pros: So my overall experience with Hotel Park Residency was good, I really like the hospitality, comfortable rooms with all amenities. All the staff are really good. Good food for the inside kitchen! Complementary breakfast is also good.

Cons: Room can be more species, A few amenities are missing like a hair dryer and room slippers! Just keep providing this kind of service!

Comfortable hotel with close proximity to Bus stand, Railway station, SM street

Pros: Comfortable hotel at a very good location. Breakfast was tasty and staff very hospitable.

Pros: Staff was polite and helping, especially the supervisor Mr. Rasheed. The room is spacious, clean, kettle is there, chairs and tables. Bathroom also OK. Good breakfast. No mosquitos.

Cons: In February there is a high humidity in the air. Also do not know why it is not allowed to swim in the ocean. But it is obviously not the concern of the hotel.

Great stay!

Pros: Amazing location, next to main market and close to all attractions. Room was clean (and regularly cleaned), quiet with all the amenities well maintained. Breakfasts were tasty. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons: Wifi was very poor.
