Pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent service by pleasant and positive staff at front desk and restaurant.

Cons: Did not get adjacent rooms despite request

It was excellent and memorable.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. Very tasty food at the restaurant. The room was smaller than expected but very neat and clean with an amazing view from the window (of the national highway on one side and mist-covered mountains on the other).

Cons: Had specifically asked for covered parking since it was the monsoon season and I was assured that it would be provided. But it was not available when we arrived and we had to wait outside on the road for 10 mins before we were provided a partially covered parking. There is no fully covered parking available at the property and this has to be clearly mentioned on the booking page.

Didnt expect such an amazing property in palakkad very professional staff ,great location, very safe

Pros: Location located in NH highways very safe for families,professional staffs there rooms was exactly like an five star property ,Morning buffet breakfast at roof top restaurant was really refreshing

Good night stay with family

Pros: Small room but relatively new and good quality materials and clean bed/bath /towels. We stayed as a break on out drive further south to Kerala

Cons: Rooms could have been slightly bigger

Pros: Exceptional service. Location is great especially for travellers who want to take a pit stop before continuing their journey. Housekeeping and reception staffs were always available to address any request.

Für uns ein angenehmer kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Kochi nach Coimbatore.

Pros: Neuwertige Ausstattung, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, moderne Klimaanlage und erstaunlich wenig Verkehrslärm für Indien und diese Lage.

Cons: Geräusche von der Küche oberhalb unseres Zimmers. Könnte in einem anderen Zimmer womöglich nicht zutreffen.

One among my best trip in Kerala with family

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent and it was easy to reach from the highway. The breakfast is well balanced with both kerala & Tamil style. The staffs at the front desk were excellent to guide and support..(Parvathi & Dilsha). The room service were brilliant indeed with a nice smiling face of people who come to serve.(Ebin-my best at times during the stay).

Cons: Entertainment service like TV programs were mostly registered by person who stay there which shall be made free.

Easily accessible location, Clean Rooms & Value for money

Pros: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
