Pros: It was a super comfy stay.The place,the environment,safety,staffs and Mr.Vaishnav is awesome.I never felt that Im in a rented property, I always felt that Im in my home,its truly home away from home.Mr.Vaishnav & all staffs were just a ring distance.I got nice suggestions from them to visit nearby places, had chit chat with them like my family members.The place,bathroom,lilen everything were spotless,Ac ,geyser,hair dryer & all the gadgets were working fine,very close to the Guruvayoor temple , I walked & came after the sreevali program at night 10.30 from the temple without any issues. & it is totally a safe area.I had a great time there.The stay is recommendable.

A comfortable and convenient stay with homely amenities

Pros: The room was neat, and very well-maintained. One of the highlights was the attached balcony, which provided a nice view and allowed for fresh air and natural light throughout the day. Another great feature was the mini kitchen setup, which made the stay even more convenient. It included an induction stove, along with some basic cooking utensils and essential kitchenware. This made it easy for us to prepare simple meals on our own, which is a huge plus for longer stays or for those who prefer home-cooked food. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, balcony access, and a functional kitchenette made the stay comfortable and homely. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free, self-sufficient stay.

Cons: we did face a minor issue during power outages. While there is a generator backup, the transition isn't fully automatic. When the main power returns, the room’s power doesn’t switch back on by itself. We had to called the security staff to manually turn on the room’s main switch. It’s a small inconvenience, and it would have been helpful if the security or staff had informed us about this during check-in. A quick instruction could have saved us the trouble.

Clean, neat affordable rooms

Pros: Clean , neat ,affordable rooms . Mr Vaishnav helped in accommodating early check in and also checked to see if all was ok
