Good .

Pros: Close to Mammoyoor temple . Overall neat property with reasonable price

Cons: Staff at reception was a lady and her attitude wasn’t good . Doesn’t respect guest .

Pros: Quiet, comfortable apartment with good facilities and a lovely balcony. Great location, just opposite Mammiyur Temple, excellent food at Aryas Veg Restaurant, close by

Cons: No hot water. Wifi very slow. AC does not cool well.

Pros: Clean, and a little away from the crowded streets . Good ac. Bed was very comfortable

Cons: No restaurant in the building, however there is room delivery if ordered from their restaurant that is about 10 min from property

Economic stay comparatively but the experience is average

Pros: Spacious 3 bhk apartment. One bedroom was also was spacious.

Cons: 1. Parking seven seater vehicles are not easy in the assigned cover parking area. 2. It’s not a hotel, just apartments without any restaurant but this I overlooked. 3 cleanliness - Towels were so old and blackish. A/c had smell and allergic, I had to off the AC to sleep. Most bathroom drain were clogged, after shower bathroom will be a swimming pool. 4. Shower gel bottles were broken in one bathroom. 5. power was going sometimes and the back power will take some time to come. 6. One of the apartment kettle cover was broken. 7. Commode covers were not correct and it moves while you are sitting on it. 8. General cleanliness of room can be improved a lot.
