Pros: It is clean and comfortable, the staffs are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is superb!

Actually a very recommended Hotel, beside one point.

Pros: The Hotel is amazing. Staff is friendly and the rooms very comfortable and clean. Also can recommend the unique Bar and Restaurant.

Cons: I asked for laundry service on short notice. The staff managed that and I got my clothes fast, clean, folded back. But the only thing which was not so good: I was asking for the price several times. And they couldn't tell me. At the check out they finally told me the price. It was 35€/3500 Rupees. So in the end i paid more for the laundry than for the night.

Good but room for improvement

Pros: Staff are good. Restaurant- manager is good, trained, and cares about both customers and the hotel. Front desk - both the girls are well trained and helpful

Cons: Just that hotel polices have to be customer friendly. E.g., give two room cards - a card will not cost you more that 100/- bucks Another problem is the noise - 2 am loud music from the adjacent multiplex theater or a club in the same building. This can kill the business. Pls look around and understand that Hash Six, Elanza are al ubder loss because of noise issues. Adults, ok. But kids cannot sleep.

The best staycation spot in Coimbatore.

Pros: The hotel is relatively new and modernistic. A welcoming smell of frangipani fills the air at all times making you forget your troubles as you walk in to the lobby or to your room. The beds are relatively comfortable (not orthopedic though) and the sheets are soft and fresh. Bathrooms are clean. Water is hot and helps relax overworked muscles. Towels are fresh. Cons: We felt the finishing in the bathrooms eg. tiles and paint, and the floor of the rooms and restaurant were shoddy and could have been done much better to be at par with the rest of the construction and aesthetics. 1 or 2 staff members seemed very unhappy and could have attempted to look welcoming to their guests at the least. It's understandable that everyone has a bad day but shouldn't be too absentminded especially when working for a high-end hotel like The Magnus. Also, though the hotel is placed in a mall which has IMAX cinemas, the mall itself is dry with almost no functioning shops. To get to town would take about Rs 200 to 300 in an auto.

Confortable stay

Pros: The room was spacious. The hotel is next to the broadway shopping mall easy to access and close to the airport.

Cool New Pad

Pros: It was a refreshingly cleaner new property in Coimbatore near the airport. Vidya in the front desk obliged to help me with my request for a room near the elevator, happily. Housekeeping team was the best for maintaining my room cleaner & provided extra drinking water bottles & coffee sachets. A huge thanks for Praveen, Mareeishwari & Nishant in Housekeeping team. Jade restaurant was a bit late to open past 7 am in the morning but surpassed my expectations for yummy food. Chef Murugan was kind & cool to make all my requested requirements for food. Restaurant service was excellent by Sangeetha & Suhail & kudos to them. Overall experience with The Magnus was great 👍 with the multiplex in walking distance in the same building & safe car parking area. Wish they do maintain this quality even after becoming older hotel...

Cons: Night time noise on Saturday night had to be complaint.

Good stay close to airport

Pros: Staff are kind, breakfast is fantastic - it's a wide spread. The hospitality was really pleasant. The location is central to airport. There's also a movie theater and small mall close by so access to everything is easy.

Cons: My room had no view, it was facing a wall, but it didn't really matter.
