Good stay with polite staff

Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the location and staff. The staff members are very good and always wear a smiling face, which lifts up the mood automatically. Mr. Manoj who was the cleaning staff for my room was very cordial and a kind person. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property.

Excellent value, good location and great staff

Pros: The staff were all very good all round from the room cleaners, restaurant staff to management. In particular Deepak, Manoj, Poonami and Anil. The rooms were excellent I’d definitely stay again.

Short work trip.

Pros: Clean property and good location. Rooms were clean and tidy with decent amenities.

Nice Experience Overall

Pros: Had a pleasant stay. Comfortable furniture and super warm water for bath. Good customer service at the reception and the attending staff. Seamless check-in and appreciate the calls to check status on arrival. Definitely value for money. Free parking space was an add-on

Cons: Cook on the meat could have been a little more tender. Toothpick was not available which is necessary while eating meat. Toilet flush was broken and the seat had stains. Floor was a little sticky

A well located neat hotel with spacious rooms and amenities

Pros: The hotel is at a road corner. Two sides facing the road. The rooms are well furnished and clean. All necessities were in place. A mini bar with some snacks is a good useful add on. They did not highly overprice it too.

Cons: The staff could have appraised me about the various restaurant and facilities available for me to use in the hotel. They did not. The room must have been used by a smoker, so had a lingering smoke smell. The wi fi password was promised but not provided. I was supposed to get a room upgrade. Not sure whether they upgraded or not.
