Luxury hotel

Pros: This hotel is like a European luxury hotel. It is very well run, very clean. Room had a lovely view. Pool is very big

Cons: They have a system which I wasn't told about where the room key only works for your floor and the floor for the pool. I tried to see a friend on another floor and couldn't understand what was wrong.

Pros: I enjoyed the central location, there is a nice pedestrian walkway and it's full of good restaurant around. It was quite, all the staff are efficient and helpful.

Cons: The only small issue was the shower head was a bit hard and splashed water, a small detail that, for a luxury hotel, needs fixing. Also, the taxi service to/from the airport is exorbitantly expensive compared to Uber.

Modern, clean hotel with good facilities and a great location

Pros: Modern, clean and comfortable. Located in a quieter part of the city, but close to railway station and easy access to airport. Loved the large rooftop pool and outdoor grill bar. Staff very attentive.

Cons: Would benefit from a light and airy cafe or bar. The ground floor bar was very dark and the music loud. It would be good to have a quieter communal space to sit and talk.

Great hotel, great location

Pros: Lovely hotel with all the usual facilities, close to the centre of Coimbatore. I didn't use the spa so can't comment but my room was lovely- quiet with a huge bed, lots of pillows and lovely shower room. Room service was good and the evening and breakfast buffets were brilliant. The staff also organised a cab for me the day I checked out which was one less thing to worry about (although more expensive than organising myself).
